History

Vedbæk Handel & Industri ApS was founded on 15 March 1992 by Torben Jensen and his two sons Eddie Jensen and Kenneth Jensen.

The father and the two sons were already running Torben Jensen's Food Factory and were to buy a consignment of food in the bankruptcy estate Danish Freeze Economy.

In connection with the acquisition of the food consignment, they were also offered to buy the machinery in the factory. They agreed, since one of their regular customers would like to buy the machines from them, and hereby the idea arose to trade in used food machines.

As time went on and sales of used food machines increased, Torben, Eddie and Kenneth chose to establish the company Vedbæk Handel & Industri ApS, so Kenneth could run Vedbæk Handel & Industri ApS and Eddie could run the Food Factory.

The company Vedbæk Handel & Industri ApS deals only with buying, selling and renting used machinery in the food industry and is today owned by the youngest son Kenneth Jensen and his daughter Tilde Mie Jakobsen.

On a daily basis Vedbæk Handel & Industri ApS is managed by Kenneth Jensen.
